Follow Up: Banned PSN Player Stays Banned, Loses Lawsuit

Remember that semi-silly news item I brought to your attention back in July about Erik Estavillo, the agoraphobic individual that could banned from the PlayStation network and went out and sued Sony for the reimbursement of his prepaid cards and emotion distress? In a totally not shocking turn of events, California Judge Ronald Whyte ruled that Sony didn't trounce on Estavillo's First Amendment rights by permanently booting him off the network and not refunding his money.
