The mother of a Gregory B. Jarvis Junior/Senior High School student kicked out of school for harassing a gay classmate says her son is actually a victim caught in a legal drama involving a lawsuit brought by the NYCLU against an Up-State New York school district.

Tamara Hendrick of Mohawk, NY, claimed today that is was her son who was harassed and is really the victim of a student who filed a suit against the Mohawk Central School District Full story...
