Currently, Rep Baldwin is working on a bill which will end the disparity in health care between the straight and the LGBTI communities. The bill will do two things. The first is to provide for research into the disparities in health care experienced by gays, lesbians and transpeople. The second is to provide federal guidelines when it comes to anti-discrimination policies for federally funded programs.
