Anti-Gay Teen Boot Camp, Minnesota Teen Challenge, a Pentecostal drug and alcohol abuse treatment program, has asked President Bush for $500,000.
Minnesota Teen Challenge, claims it can help teenagers overcome dependency by recruiting youngsters into the Assemblies of God ministry. This tax exempt organization also works closely with Exodus International, the self proclaimed ex-gay therapy group that believes you can "pray away the gay".
In the Minnesota Teen Challenge program kids are taught how to conduct themselves in a manner that pleases God and their handbook says that addiction and homosexuality are sins that need to be driven out. Full story...
