I've been sitting here literally slackjawed reading the latest attempt by the Campaign for California "Families" (yeah, I can be douchy with quotation marks too!) to halt gay marriage.
"But Mel," you might ask, "I thought you just wrote about how the State Supreme Court rejected the appeal by the CC'F' to halt the issuance of marriage certificates to same-sex couples? Isn't the State Supreme Court the highest court in California?"
