Just go back from the hospital where I had my chemo port removed — while awake! The worst part was the numbing shot and then everything went quite smoothly. It’s almost a sign of the end of this part of my life and I should celebrate, but I’m too tired from pneumonia recovery. Of course, when the numbing goes away, I’m sure I’ll start to whine again anyway.
