The Way I See It Aug 12 08Over the past few weeks, I have seen some major changes in Mr. Personality. A co-worker mentioned the same thing to me as well. He is much more relaxed than in the past, he seems to be finding balance with his job and home life and it shows.I have always enjoyed having him as a boss, but if this continues I may have to find a new moniker for him.The Sorority Sister has inflicted enough pain on herself that she will never be effective on the property again. She keeps her door closed all day as she knows the rest of the management team has no desire to work with her. My prediction, she will stick around for her bonus in January and then she will be gone.
