The Way I See It Jun 30 08I had a nice weekend. Saturday was spent preparing for a gathering of friends to celebrate my neighobors birthday.After Boot Camp on Saturday morning, I did the lawn and baked a delicious Cream Cheese Pound Cake with Vanilla Glaze.All of us gathered at our Town Park where we were having the annual Fourth of July Festival and Fireworks Show. We do the 4th celebration on the Saturday before the 4th each year, I don't know why it is just tradition.As I have mentioned before, our Town festivals are like Mayberry, this year was no different and I loved it. Suprisingly for the simplicity of the event we do an amazing fireworks show. Full story...

I Have OSD......
The Way I See It Aug 15 08I have been diagnosed with OSD. Olympic Sleep Disorder. Let me just tell you, I am exhausted! Last night I was up well past 1AM watching the Women's Gymnastics Overall Final, what a glorious competition it was with the American Women finishing in first and second place, a first for Americans.
