I saw the "new" Broadway musical [title of show] this past Monday.I am always nervous about repeat viewings of shows. A movie will not change on repeat viewings (although you may notice things you missed the previous time) but a live show is an organic thing and there is always the chance that a moment you loved was just that, a moment, and won't be there the second time. Or a performer will have an off night and fumble a line or hit some wrong notes in a song. So I'm reluctant to return. However, I saw [title of show] when it was Off-Broadway at the Vineyard Theatre and fell totally in love with the production. Full story...

His name is Bryan Clay.On Friday he won the gold medal for the Olympic Decathalon. For USA.The Decathalon? Bruce Jenner? Wheaties box cover? Anyone? Anyone?I have to say I'm a little surprised at the lack of coverage and interest there seems to be in this achievement.
The Summer Olympics will be ending this weekend and we will have to wait another four years before we can again overdose on that heady mixture of firm athletic bodies, fawning media saturation, chest-pounding nationalism and obscure sporting events.
