Stir-fry Horror
Someone in a Tree Oct 05 08I received my bi-weekly delivery of produce from my CSA on Thursday. So I spent most of this afternoon cooking up vegetables so they wouldn't spoil. I had broccoli rabe, bok choy, daikon radish, leeks, tatsoi, and green peppers. I also had heirloom tomatoes and salad greens, beets and turnips.I roasted the beets and made some grilled and cheese and tomato sandwichs. I also decided to make a few stir-frys to use up most of the vegetables. I went to the grocery store and found some spicy tofu to use as the base for the stirfrys.I washed all the vegetables and diced them up in bowls so I could divy them out into the stirfrys.
