Opening weekend
Someone in a Tree Nov 02 09Well, it has been a long but mostly pleasant weekend. My production of Brigadoon opened Friday night and we had a sold out house, which was great. The show was still a bit bumpy but overall things went well. Friendly faces in the audience included VUBOQ and Goblinbox, who I met for the first time when we hung out after the show. I need not go on about the fabulousness of the Vu-ster, but it was great to meet Goblin, she is a crazy-mad-fun person. VUBOQ's friend Jake also joined us, but he was sadly under the weather. We stayed out later than I really should have, as I had to teach a yoga class the next morning at 10AM, but life is short, ya know? In any case, I managed to stagger out of bed Sat AM and get to the class and teach it and not kill anyone or myself, so that went well. Full story...
