The Stranger is reporting that Focus on the Family based in Colorado Springs, has already spent $91,000 in Washington including $80,000 on radio ads, through their "Action" PAC.
The PDC says there is no limit to the amount they can spend on an independent expenditure to reject Ref. 71 as long as they already have the cash on hand.
