Caribbean Islands - Where do you recommend?

This week we had the following inquiry: My BF and I are thinking about going to the Caribbean on vacation soon. Can you advise me what is that best island to visit as far as being gay friendly and having the most nightlife and beautiful beaches catering to Gays?
