Wisconsin high court rules against anti-gay activist

Source: Associated Press via Chicago Tribune , Wisconsin Law Journal Madison, Wis. -- The "Christian" attorney for an anti-gay activist will have to pay about $120,000 in court costs for what the Wisconsin Supreme Court yesterday called a "frivolous" libel suit he filed against gay activists in the state. Milwaukee attorney James Donohoo filed a defamation suit against gay rights group Action Wisconsin on behalf of New Orleans talk-show host and anti-gay activist Grant Storms.
