On the Saturday broadcast of NBC Nightly News, reporter Ron Allen offers a summary of the election battle in Maine to determine the survival of the state’s marriage equality law, which was passed last spring by the legislature and signed by Gov. John Balducci.
As TipsQ blog points out, the report includes some excellent video of lesbian couple with their children.
Allen summarizes the comments of Faith Moritz and Janet Jones who have been “partnered for 14 years. They have two six-year-old kids.”
