The DNC Rules Committee Votes – But Who Changed the Rules?

Yesterday, with the eyes of the world watching, the DNC Rules Committee met to hash out some sort of solution to the issue of seating disputed delegates from Florida and Michigan at the Democratic convention. But beyond the spectacle of Saturday's highly charged proceedings what was most abundantly apparent was that through his old school political machinations Barack Obama may have outfoxed a political titan, just as he did when he first entered the political arena.
