California Supreme Court Rules on Same-Sex Marriage

The California Supreme Court will rule on Thursday whether banning same-sex marriage is a violation of the state's constitution. A decision is expected to be announced around 10 a.m. PST. If the court rules in favor of the couples, California would become only the second state in the U.S. to allow gay marriage. Full story...
