Well, I suppose if you’re bound and determined that you have no way of overcoming your bias, hate, intolerance and bigotry against the LGBT community it is.
Well, it would appear that the failed efforts to block adding LGBT tax-paying American citizens to the list of those protected under the federal hate-crimes law hasn’t stifled the religious zealots who insist upon shoving their “Christian” ideology down the throats of every American citizen.
Today, November 20th, is the 9th annual day of Trans Remembrance, a day set aside in memory of trans people who have been murdered for their honest expression of their gender identity.

New York State’s highest court rejected unanimously a challenge on Thursday by opponents of same-sex marriage to policies that recognize such unions performed in other states, though the decision gave gay advocates a small victory because it was narrowly written and applied to a relatively small number of people.
