I am so sad to hear about Alloura Jordan-Zion, who passed away today. For those who are not familiar with her, she is a ballroom legend who helped reinvent the dramatic performance style of vogue (many of what you are seeing on America's Best Dance Crew is Alloura).

I’ve been getting emails about my post back in March covering Kathy Griffin at the Apollo. This past week, the episode aired on Griffin’s Bravo hit show, My Life on the D-List, and for someone who was there – I am a lil’ confused.
