Thanks to Senator Merkley's office for sending us the video of Thursday morning's press conference about the Employment Non-Discrimination Act. When committee members decided not to include a trans person for public testimony during the recent hearing, Sen Merkley worked the national LGBT orgs to arrange a press conference where trans folk could be featured.
