The battle
against the recent passing of Proposition 8 in California is far from over. The measure, which bans
gay marriage, has pitted the left against the right in a major battle royale that has spilled over
into the days following the election on November 4.
The city of Milwaukee is being sued over violating the free speech rights of a gay arts group. Three years ago city officials temporarily shut down performances of "Naked Boys Singing!"
