Corbin Fisher settles suit with Hunkfest

Corbin Fisher took mobile phone content provider Hunkfest to court over allegations of copyright infringement. The porn producer claimed its content had been stolen for use on a new phone application called Hunfest Platinum.

“We police our copyrights vigilantly,” Corbin Fisher’s General Counsel Marc J. Randazza said. “If you infringe on our intellectual property rights, you pay. No exceptions. When we saw that Hunkfest was using our content to seed their business, we went into action."

"We don’t mind healthy competition,” Corbin Fisher COO Brian Dunlap said, acknowledging that his company is working on its own cell phone app. Full story...
